![]() With this new option, we can handle your lost or stolen iLok RMA the same way as a broken iLok RMA - we'll be able to replace your licenses instead of you having to contact each of the software publishers and potentially pay for new licenses. We are pleased to announce a new option with Zero Downtime™ service called Theft & Loss Coverage (TLC). I did notice the following on their site: totally painless and everything seemed to work fine. The Trigger licence is present on my main account showing 1 of 1 activations used but I can not deactive it without the attached message appearing.īought Slate VBC yesterday and updates my iLoksoftware and account today. When I click remove this iLok from my account the error message that the ilok is not empty appears. WTF ! What can I do ? It seems that my trigger licence was transfered to the dummy account just because this ilok was one linked to it !Įdit: When I log in into my dummy account, the second iloks shows as registered to this account with 0 activations. Now I want to move my trigger licence back to the first iLok were all the other licences remain but the ilok manager now tells me that the second ilok is owned by another user ("the dummy account") and that I can't move Trigger to the main ilok ! ![]() ![]() I had a second ilok with a second "dummy" account where I tested a Pro Tools trial before buying it for my main user account.Īfter the trial ran out I linked this second ilok with the expired trial licence to my main account, since you could do that as long as there is no other active licence on the ilok.Įverything worked great before the new ilok software and I moved my Slate trigger licence to this second ilok to use on a separate computer. I have and always had all licences and purchases on one ilok with one user account. The licences are active BUT there is a mess that is just NOT acceptable. I just plugged my 2 iloks in for the first time after installing the ilok software (2.).
